HOT WAX
Hot waxing involves applying thick, melted wax onto the skin in a circular motion. As the wax cools it hardens, and the hairs become embedded into it. To remove hot wax, a beauty therapist will gently flick it off without the use of a strip.
Hot waxing is more effective in removing hair from delicate areas, because it causes less irritation as it doesn’t pull the skin. It also causes fewer ingrown hairs because it removes hairs directly from their root.
