Cancellation policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment.
If you reschedule/cancel between 24-48 hours before, your 50% deposit will be charged.
If you reschedule/cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged for 100% of the service cost.
No shows
Failure to show to your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the treatment cost.
Consistent no shows will be monitored and may result in no further appointments being booked or we may ask for FULL payment upfront at the time of booking to secure any future appointments.
Late arrivals
We will always try to accommodate our clients; however, this is not always possible without impacting on subsequent clients if you are running late.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it may not be possible to carry out treatment in full. However, you will be charged the full treatment cost.
If it is not possible to carry out your treatment, we will offer to reschedule this. However, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged and 50% deposit will be required for the rescheduled appointment.
Change of mind
A change of mind to an appointment e.g., adding another service/changing the service has the same impact as a last-minute cancellation or no show.
So, we require 48 hours’ notice if you have changed your mind about any part of the service you have booked with us e.g., a Gel Polish add-on.
Any change of service booked with less than 48 hours’ notice/on the day will be charged 100% of the ORIGINAL booking and whatever extra cost of service may be.
Booked a course?
If you have a course of treatments which you’ve already paid for, you do not need to pay a further 50% deposit, as the course payment will suffice. If you cannot attend one of your appointments you must still give 48 hours’ notice, or you will lose 50% of the value of one of your treatments.
